Course Description

“Manifesting Yourself” is a practical, science-informed journey for intentionally becoming the person you want to be. Blending psychology, neuroscience, and grounded spiritual practice, the program walks you step-by-step to clarify a vivid future self, surface and reframe limiting beliefs, install identity-based habits, and take aligned actions that compound into real-world results. You’ll use proven tools—visualization protocols, cognitive reframing, WOOP/implementation intentions, habit stacking, and somatic grounding—to align your inner world with the outer life you’re creating.

Course Outcomes

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Define your Desired Self: crystal-clear vision + values, Purpose/Principles statement, and 10-year → 1-year → 90-day map.

  • Audit & reframe beliefs: identify limiting narratives, run evidence checks, and rewrite them into empowering scripts.

  • Visualize with power: daily visualization routine (scene design, sensory detail, emotion priming) that strengthens motivation.

  • Take aligned action: translate vision into weekly commitments using implementation intentions and time-boxed sprints.

  • Install identity-based habits: habit stacking, cues, tracking, and review loops to make change stick.

  • Regulate state: quick tools for focus and calm (breathwork, grounding, self-talk) to navigate resistance and setbacks.

  • Measure progress: simple scorecard for behaviors, outcomes, and well-being; weekly/quarterly reflection protocol.

Deliverables: Desired Self Vision Map, Values & Purpose statement, Belief Reframe Log, Visualization Script, 90-Day Aligned Action Plan, Habit Tracker, and Morning/Evening Routine cards.
