    • Course Description

    Develop a visionary, human-centred leadership roadmap for public service. This program equips elected and appointed leaders with practical tools to translate mandates into measurable outcomes, navigate complex stakeholder interests, make data-informed decisions, communicate clearly in moments that matter, and build continuity beyond a single tenure. 

    Course Outcomes

    By the end of the course, you will be able to:

    • Articulate vision and define outcomes linked to citizen value.

    • Translate mandates  priority plans 

    • Map stakeholders (power–interest) and design coalitions, partnerships, and feedback loops.

    • Establish delivery cadence (OKRs/KPIs, dashboards, review rhythm, issue escalation).

    • Lead ethically with clear standards on transparency, conflicts, procurement, and accountability.

    • Make data-informed decisions using simple scorecards and evidence briefs.

    • Communicate for impact: narrative framing, media engagement, and misinformation response.

    • Manage risk & crises with playbooks for scenario planning and rapid coordination.

    • Drive change using systems thinking, quick wins, and change-readiness checks.

    • Ensure continuity: handover, institutional memory, and succession plans.

    • Deliverables: a Vision Statement, Stakeholder Map, Results Scorecard, Comms Plan, Risk Register, and a practical Leadership Roadmap.
