Effective leaders set direction, align people, and deliver results—regardless of organization size. This program develops practical leadership capabilities to read the external environment, set strategy with your team, structure work, lead change, and motivate people through clarity, fairness, and follow-through. Using cases, simulations, and coaching, ELDP helps you prioritize what matters, make better decisions faster, and build a culture where people and performance thrive.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
Craft direction: define a compelling mission, vision, and priorities (OKRs) linked to external realities.
Make decisions: use simple tools (RAPID/RACI, decision matrices, premortems) to choose and commit.
Align and communicate: translate strategy into clear goals, roles, and operating rhythms.
Lead people: practice situational leadership, effective delegation, feedback & coaching conversations.
Drive performance: set standards, run review cadences, and manage underperformance with empathy.
Lead change: map stakeholders, anticipate resistance, and run change sprints with quick wins.
Build culture: reinforce values through recognition, consequences, and daily management routines.
Manage self: emotional intelligence, time/energy management, bias checks, resilience habits.
Deliver across sizes: tailor leadership practices for micro, small, medium, and large organizations.
Deliverables: Leadership Roadmap (12 months), Stakeholder Map, OKR Set & Scorecard, Decision/Delegation Matrix, Change Plan, and a Personal Leadership Development Plan (PLDP).
